Lawyers' fees are negotiable. The fee depends on how complicated the case is, on the value of the case, the number of participants and on many other things.

Unless David and Partners Law Office and client reach other agreement, general lawyer’s fee depends on duration of mandate’s performance.

Expenses, fees, duties, travel costs are not included to lawyer’s fee.

However, you will pay no extra fees on phone, fax or other means of communication. Transport and parking fees inside Budapest are also included. All other charge and expenditure should be borne by the client according to the issued invoice.

At commencement of mandate advance payment shall be made, should there be no other agreement, lawyer’s fee for five working hours shall be paid as advance.

Lump sum fee for the procurement of real estate’s deed, company record, certificates of civil status and other documents contains duties and expenses.

Other provisions on lawyer’s fee are part of mandate agreement.
